Software Engineering

1.Responsible for the overall design scheme development, optimization and implementation of the structural (civil engineering) profession in the project to ensure the design quality and progress;

2.Review structural design drawings, calculations and related technical documents to ensure that they comply with national norms, industry standards and company requirements;

3.Guide and coordinate the daily work of the design team, assign tasks, train subordinates and improve the overall technical level of the team;

4.Cooperate with other specialties such as architecture, electrics, water supply and drainage, etc., to solve the professional conflict problems in the design stage;

5.Participate in construction plan review, technical presentation and on-site technical services, and deal with structural problems in the construction process;

6.Follow up the application of new specifications and technologies in the industry, and promote technical innovation and design optimization;

7.Coordinate with Party A, design institute and other related parties to ensure that the design results meet the project requirements;

8.Prepare and manage the design plan, work progress and filing of technical documents of structural specialties.
