Software Engineering

1. be responsible for the design, construction management and technical control of the structural (civil engineering) specialty in the project to ensure that the structural engineering is completed on schedule and with high quality;

2. review construction drawings, structural design plans and technical documents, put forward optimization proposals to ensure compliance with specifications, standards and project requirements;

3. coordinate the structural professional and technical problems among design, construction, supervision and related parties, and solve the conflicts between design and construction;

4. prepare structural engineering construction progress plan and supervise the implementation to ensure that the node target is reached;

5. organize structure-related construction drawing review, technical presentation, program demonstration and major structural issues meeting;

6. to be responsible for quality, safety and technical management during the construction of structural engineering, and to monitor key processes such as concrete, reinforcement and formwork;

7. follow up the on-site construction situation, coordinate and solve the unexpected structural technical problems, and ensure that the construction quality meets the design and specification requirements;

8. organize and complete the acceptance and transfer of structural works and archiving of completion data;

9. guide subordinate structural engineers in their daily work and technical improvement, and promote team building and management;

10. track the latest structural design, construction technology and specifications, and promote the rational application of new technologies and materials.
