Responsible for the collection, organization and classification of customer information data, preliminary analysis and summary of data, and the formation of appropriate reports or documents

Responsible for customer's business requirements analysis and program development

Assist project manager to complete project plan, progress tracking and submit relevant reports.

Participate in project management meetings and provide suggestions and opinions for project management.

Other work arranged by the leadership 

1. Project planning and design coordination: work closely with the architectural, structural and interior design teams to ensure that the MEP system design is in harmony with the overall architectural scheme; review MEP drawings and technical documents, and make optimization recommendations.

2. Construction management and on-site supervision: follow up the construction progress of the project site, supervise the quality of MEP installation; coordinate with the construction unit to solve the technical problems during the construction process; ensure that the construction complies with the design specifications and safety standards.

3. Cost and schedule control: Cooperate with the cost department for MEP related budgeting, cost control and bidding support; coordinate material procurement and supply chain management to control the equipment installation cycle.

4. Testing and Acceptance: Organize and participate in system testing and commissioning (e.g. water pressure, electrical testing, ventilation system commissioning, etc.); be responsible for the arrangement and transfer of as-built drawings and technical data; assist in completing government acceptance or third-party review process.

5. Team building and communication management: Manage MEP professional team members, arrange work tasks and training; prepare stage reporting materials and feedback MEP progress and risks to company senior management.
