Software Engineering

1.Responsible for the overall design scheme development, optimization and implementation of the structural (civil engineering) profession in the project to ensure the design quality and progress;

2.Review structural design drawings, calculations and related technical documents to ensure that they comply with national norms, industry standards and company requirements;

3.Guide and coordinate the daily work of the design team, assign tasks, train subordinates and improve the overall technical level of the team;

4.Cooperate with other specialties such as architecture, electrics, water supply and drainage, etc., to solve the professional conflict problems in the design stage;

5.Participate in construction plan review, technical presentation and on-site technical services, and deal with structural problems in the construction process;

6.Follow up the application of new specifications and technologies in the industry, and promote technical innovation and design optimization;

7.Coordinate with Party A, design institute and other related parties to ensure that the design results meet the project requirements;

8.Prepare and manage the design plan, work progress and filing of technical documents of structural specialties.

1.Responsible for the overall design management and technical coordination of electromechanical systems (including electrical, water supply and drainage, HVAC, etc.) in the project, formulate design solutions and optimize them;

2.Review the design drawings, technical documents and calculations of electromechanical systems to ensure compliance with national and industry standards;

3.Organize and lead the E&E design team to carry out design work, formulate work plan, assign tasks and supervise the implementation;

4.Work closely with architectural, structural and other related disciplines to coordinate and solve professional interfaces and comprehensive problems in the design stage;

5.Participate in construction drawing design, drawing review, technical submission, etc., and cooperate with the technical support of the project site;

6.tracking the project site construction, assist in solving the mechanical and electrical design problems involved in the construction;

7.Organize the design review, scheme selection and cost control of E&E profession, and provide technical support and consultation;

8.Assist the department manager in team building, technical training and personnel assessment to improve the overall design capability;

9.Pay attention to the development of the industry, and promote the application of new technologies, new processes, new materials and technological innovation.

2. review construction drawings, structural design plans and technical documents, put forward optimization proposals to ensure compliance with specifications, standards and project requirements;

3. coordinate the structural professional and technical problems among design, construction, supervision and related parties, and solve the conflicts between design and construction;

4. prepare structural engineering construction progress plan and supervise the implementation to ensure that the node target is reached;

5. organize structure-related construction drawing review, technical presentation, program demonstration and major structural issues meeting;

6. to be responsible for quality, safety and technical management during the construction of structural engineering, and to monitor key processes such as concrete, reinforcement and formwork;

7. follow up the on-site construction situation, coordinate and solve the unexpected structural technical problems, and ensure that the construction quality meets the design and specification requirements;

8. organize and complete the acceptance and transfer of structural works and archiving of completion data;

9. guide subordinate structural engineers in their daily work and technical improvement, and promote team building and management;

10. track the latest structural design, construction technology and specifications, and promote the rational application of new technologies and materials.
